Sept. 11 The Band participated in a full Regimental Funeral at the BCR Beatty Street Drill Hall for Sgt.
Dalmagro.

Bowfest

August 28, 2010 Another very enjoyable trip to Bowen Island for "Bowfest", hosted by Hank Strubin and the many great folks of Bowen Island. A wonderful parade lead by the BCR Irish Pipes & Drums and gathering at the fairgrounds opened by the Pipe Band capped off a beautiful day.

Steveston Salmon Festival Parade

July 1, 2010 Steveston Salmon Festival Parade and 10th Year Anniversary Celebrations. The band had a full turnout for participation in the Salmon Festival Parade in the Steveston area of Richmond with tens of thousands of people on the parade route. The band held its 10 year anniversary celebration since it first participated in a Canada Day function afterwards.

BCR's Tour in Ireland

The British Columbia Regiment Irish Pipes and Drums was invited by the Royal Irish Regiment - 2nd Battalion to join them in Ireland for St. Patricks Day celebrations. We toured Ireland the week of March 12-21, 2010.

The band played at joint events with the Pipes & Drums of the 2nd Battalion Royal Irish Regiment as well as St. Patricks Day events on March 17th.
